About Amy
My work is deeply personal.
With 17 years of experience as a Clinical Director in psychological wellbeing, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting others. But I’m also a woman who’s been through life’s biggest transitions — from becoming a young mum to experiencing surgical menopause in my mid-30s.
That journey changed everything.
It deepened my compassion, strengthened my resilience, and gave me the clarity to create something new — a space where women like you can be supported through your own shifts with warmth, presence and a deep respect for your lived experience.
I’m not here to give you a quick fix. I’m here to walk alongside you, as you come home to yourself.

Self-Paced Online Courses
Amy White Coaching offers a series of self-paced courses designed to empower and support individuals on their personal growth journey.
The foundation course, Mindset Mastery, helps individuals awaken their full potential by shifting their mindset and creating lasting transformations. Following this, the Confidence Course builds on these shifts, guiding participants in boosting their confidence through practical exercises and mindset techniques.
