The Leadership Table brings together a carefully considered group of leaders for a facilitated conversation over lunch, in a private dining setting. It is an opportunity to step away from the demands of your role, exchange perspectives and explore the realities of leadership with people who understand its responsibility.

The experience includes

- An opening leadership perspective from Amy.
- Facilitated conversation over lunch.
- Time for personal reflection and a practical next step.
Confidentiality is a shared agreement among participants, with expectations explained before attendance.
