My Story
I work with senior leaders, managers and business owners who carry a lot and want space to think. Here is a little about me, and why I do this work.

Where I started
I am Clinical Director of a private psychology service, where I lead a team of clinical psychologists and run the business, the team and our client relationships. I have been in the role for over 18 years. The business began with a single clinical psychologist, and I helped to support the vision of building a credible, nurturing and compassionate service in the East Midlands. I deal every day with the pressures my coaching clients face.
Why I coach
I have always been fascinated by people: what drives them, how personalities differ and what helps someone feel understood. As an only child, I loved being around others, and that curiosity has never left me. Life has tested me along the way, and I learned that real strength comes from building a solid foundation, so that you can keep leading even when things are hard. I coach because every leader deserves the space to build that foundation for themselves.
How I work
I believe good leadership starts with trusting yourself. In our sessions I listen closely, ask the questions that help you see your situation more clearly, and support you to decide what to do next. I will not tell you who to be. My approach is guided by six principles: confidence, perspective, growth, leadership, reflection and balance.
A little more about me
I am a mum, a wife and a loyal friend. I have a small circle of trust, I wear my heart on my sleeve and I love to travel. I am free spirited and lean into wellbeing.
